Transfer Time To Account: You have an option to send and get money to and from your Account by means of Canadian bank account. It’s free and fast. Electronic Transfer payment system is available only for Canadian checking account holders. After your bank account registration, please confirm it and use Electronic Transfer with rapidity and convenience.

1. Electronic Transfer Information

This payment system allows you to deposit and cash out through your bank account, but only for Canadian Personal Checking accounts. This electronic funds transfer (EFT) system is absolutely secure. This service is free and easy to use.

2. Information for using Electronic Transfer

If you need to use Electronic Transfer, you should present your personal Account Number and Bank ID Number (3-digit institution number followed by 5-digit transit number).

Please put 3-digit institution number followed by 5-digit transit number as your Bank ID Number.

4. Safety of this method

Every transaction is protected with 128-bit encryption and your information is transmitted electronically from us to your bank. So, it is absolutely easy and very fast. Money will not be debited from your bank account, until you approve the transaction. In such a way you can control the status of your account.

5. The first deposit process time

You can make your first deposit by means of Electronic Transfer, which doesn’t take a lot of time. After registration and making deposit you can start to play right away. On the other hand, you need to verify your bank account by confirming two small deposits (every deposit less than 1 Canadian dollar). See for more details: How do I verify my bank account?

6. Bank account registration

If you want to register your bank account, you need to do the following:

  1. Log in
  2. Select ‘Cashier’ and ‘Deposit’
  3. Select ‘Register Bank Account’ link and click it
  4. Type your Account Number, Bank Code and other personal information.
  5. This message will show up 'Bank Account Successfully Registered – Verification Pending'.

7.Bank account verification

After your bank account registration, you will get two small deposits (every deposit less than 1 Canadian dollar). Money will appear in your bank account in 2-3 days. For doing verification you need to do the next:

  1. Log in
  2. Select 'Cashier' and 'Deposit'
  3. Press link ‘Verify Bank Account’.
  4. Type the sum of the two deposits that you got from your bank. Select 'Continue'.
  5. Confirming message will appear on your screen.

8.A quicker way to verify your bank account

You can send us (fax/email) a copy of a void check from that bank account and we will confirm it during half an hour. Please fax the check to 00 186 6907 3654/ 00 186 6907 3653 or email it to tsupportfax@pay-pro.com.

Please do not forget that the Check must include your name and exact address on it. Send an email to ts@pay-pro.com with your old and new address if it differs. Note down your Account name. If you don’t understand some items, please do not hesitate to contact the support center.

9.Your Account: How to add money?

For beginning you have to register and confirm registration, after which you need to:

  1. Log in
  2. Select 'Cashier' and 'Deposit'.
  3. Select 'Deposit now'.
  4. Type the sum for transfering from your bank account to your Account.
  5. Type a Bonus Code
  6. Select the number of your bank account and click on 'I agree to electronic transfer terms and conditions' and 'Submit' after
  7. Check your Account. Money will be there.

After you will see a "Transaction Successful" note and unique transaction ID. Don’t forget to write it down because you will need it later.

10.Currency of the bank account

Electronic Transfer works with Canadian dollars only. The equivalent conversion sum in US dollars will appear almost immediately as you enter the sum in Canadian dollars.

11. Transfer time

Money is usually transferred immediately, but if you have expanded the deposit limits the sum will appear at your account during 4-5 days.

12. Declining Electronic Transfer operations

It may depend on small amount on your bank account and not enough or wrong information about you. Your name, address, the number of the bank account and bank routing number must be exact.

13. Safety of your information

Only you can authorize the transaction. We do not have any right to use your banking information without your permission. Actually we can’t authorize transactions on your behalf.

14. Cash out more than the first deposit

At any time you can cash out by means of Electronic Transfer. Do not forget that we can pay you a full amount or just a part, by canceling all previous charges to a credit card/debit card.

16. Cashing out through Electronic Transfer if you deposited by means of other deposit option

Anytime everyone can cash out using Electronic Transfer if you have Canadian Personal Checking account.

17. Fees

There is a 1.50 British pounds fee for every cash out.

18.The minimum and maximum sum you can Cash out by means of Electronic Transfer

The minimum sum - 4.96 British pounds, the maximum sum - 4958.85 British pounds.

19.The standard processing time for Cash outs

Internal review team usually looks into all cash outs during 24-48 hours. It will be faster, if you are a Pay-Pro Document Verified User. After that final procedure you will get money to your Account during 3-7 days.

20. Available EFT currencies

EFT uses only Canadian Dollars.
