1. Card currency

Your card is debited in British pounds. If you need to add money, please type the sum in US dollars, and we convert it to British pounds, the debited sum from your Switch/Solo/Maestro account will be shown on your screen.

2. Declined Switch/Solo/Maestro transactions

It might happen because you have exceeded your card limit, or submitted incorrect piece of information. Address and name must correspond to the debit card information. The date of issue also must be indicated. You can try another Switch/Solo/Maestro or just another method if your bank doesn’t allow you to do such transactions.

Some cards don’t have issuance numbers; it may depend on bank. But actually you can find it at the bottom of the card ("Iss" or "Issue").

4. Adding money to your Account

If you need to add money to your Account, then please:

  3. Select 'Deposit Now'.
  4. Type the exact sum you want to deposit and a bonus code.
