3. Multi-table Tournaments start at the scheduled time. Seats also are assigned at random.

7. Players can unregister from tournaments with late registration until 15 before the tournament starts.
Rules
8. All players must post their blinds and/or antes. Players that are absent, but ready to play will be blinded/anted off.
9. There is a 5-minute break every hour in all tournaments that start at the scheduled time unless otherwise stated.
10. If there is different number of players at the tables in multi-table tournaments and one table has fewer players than another the players will be balanced as follows:
a) Three players if the number of the tables is greater than 100.
b) Two players if the number of the tables is greater than 10, but less than or equal 100.
c) One player if the number of running tables is less than or equal to 10.
11. Players That Moved to a new table will be able to start the game immediately.
12. Each player can post a small blind and a big blind every round. Moving players mean it is possible that any of the following may occur at any time:
a) A player may be forced to post the big blind more than once per round.
b) A player may be positioned with the button for more than one hand.
c) A player may skip one or both blinds in a round.
13. In these random occurrences players will not be able to receive any long-term advantage. The rule is fair for all players.
14. In community card games Texas Hold'em and Omaha, players 'high card' to determine the starting position of the Dealer Button. If two players get the same high card, the suit preference of spades, hearts, diamonds, and clubs will determine who starts with the button.
15. All events besides time-based tournaments end when one player accumulates all the chips in play. In some cases (some satellite events), a tournament may stop with several winning players.
16. Time-based tournaments, such as the HellKat tournaments, end at the scheduled time. Payouts are determined by player chip counts. The fixed finishing games end after a specific period of time. Tournaments without fixed finishing times have maximum time, but also may end earlier than their scheduled time. The games without fixed finishing times may end 10% earlier than their maximum time remaining to play. All time-based tournaments will end after a complete hand has been played, rather than stopping mid-hand.
17. Time-based tournaments are played with a timer. When the time expires, the top 3 remaining players will split the prize pool according to PartyPoker's standard sit&go payout structure. The prize-pool is divided up among the first 3 players according to the size of their stack. If a tie occurs, the players will split a uniform-sized prize.
18. If there were only two players left when the tournament ended, these players would split the combined first and second place prize based on chip count. The player eliminated in third would receive the third place prize.
19. In time-based tournaments the time players have to act will be reduced to prevent stalling.
20. Players are eliminated from the tournament, when they lose all of their chips. The exception for this rule applies for rebuy tournaments, where players have the option of purchasing more chips.
21. In limit tournaments with fixed betting, there will be one bet and three raises in each betting round. When only two players remain, there is no limit on the number of raises. In pot-limit and no-limit tournaments, there are no limits on the number of raises.
22. When two players remain, the button will post the small blind, and act first on the opening round.
23. If two or more players are eliminated from the tournament from the same table on the same hand, the player who started the hand with the most chips will receive the higher finishing position.
24. If two or more players are eliminated from the tournament from different tables on the same hand, the prize will be divided among those players who finished with the same rank.
25. All players are expected to use good poker etiquette. Abusive behavior may result in removal from the tournament.
26. Soft playing is not allowed. The situation when a player does not bet his or her hand to its full potential, trying to help another player advance further in the tournament.
27. Players who do not act on their hand in time will be automatically folded.
28. Tournaments will, at pre-determined times, go into 'hand-for-hand' mode. This allows tables to play the exact same number of hands at critical times.
