2. Cashing out with VISA card

  1. Log in to your Account.
  2. Go to the 'Cashier' and select 'Cash out'.
  3. 'Cash out by Visa Card' will appear as the first option.
  4. Select the VISA card that you want to Cash out to (if more than one is registered), enter the amount and click the "Cash out" button.
  5. The next screen will indicate whether the card transaction was successful or unsuccessful.
  6. You will see an error message explaining the reason the transaction failed, if the transaction is unsuccessful.
  7. If the transaction is successful, you will see the message 'Successful Cash out' and a unique transaction ID.

3. Fees associated with the transfer

We charge a transaction fee of GBP 1.50 for a Visa card Cash out. Your card company may charge for this transfer; please refer to your card company for more details.

4. The minimum and maximum amount you can Cash out

The minimum VISA Card Cash out is GBP 4.81 and the maximum per transaction amount is GBP 4809.84.

5.The average processing time for Cash out

The transfer of funds to your VISA account will follow 3 - 5 days after your Cash out request has been approved by our internal review team.

6. Cash out more than your first deposit

You may Cash out more than your initial deposit via VISA card. Please remember that all Cash out are first 'approved' by our internal review team and we may choose to pay part or all of your withdrawals by reversing any prior charges made to a VISA card first.

You may Cash out the same day you deposit provided your Cash out is approved by our internal review team.

8. Visa Card as a Cash out option

No, only Non US customers may use Visa Card as a Cash out option.
